Lopud is a beautiful part of Dubrovnik called Elafiti archipelago, located 7 nm northwest of the port of Dubrovnik.  Specifically, the Elafiti archipelago is composed of 7 islands and islets (Koločep, Lopud, Sipan, Jakljan, vol. Andrew Rude Daksa) of which are now inhabited only Lopud, Sipan and Koločep and they are exceptional tourist attraction. During the day there are 4 regular shipping lines. Number of daily lines increases during the summer season.
